How to download the videos from the Cloud? Choose the videos and start to back up them

If you want to have the MP4 video, you can check the box(Back Up MP4 Files). Click the cutting scissor button on the home page and drag the red slider to select the part you want. Choose the videos by selecting the camera/time/recording type Click the Backup icon(card icon) on the home page. There are also two ways to back up the videos from the NVR, directly download or cut to download. To download the videos from the NVR, you need to plug in a USB Flash Drive first. (Only available for the standalone camera because the NVR camera’s video image thumbnail can’t be pulled out now.) Tips: You can click the down arrow beside the camera name and then you can view the thumbnail display of the videos. Click the download button and then you can download it directly. Click the “cut” button and choose the start and last time of the video. Select the videos by rolling the timeline and putting the mouse on a specific time. When you see an important video and want to back it up, you can cut the video and then download it. Click the download button and then select the videos by time/AI filter. Then you can directly download the videos or download them after cutting the videos.ġ.
